To book an appointment, enter the requested data and the desired date in the form provided. The data entered will be used for the planning, execution and, if necessary, follow-up of the appointment. The data you enter will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
