In the area of large-scale photovoltaic systems, they are becoming increasingly relevant for operators, investors, tenders and authorities.

MEISER Solar stands for a promise of quality that is not just claimed, but proven. Our certificates reflect this claim with clear references to European and international standards, technical regulations and industry-specific requirements for racking and mounting solutions in the photovoltaic sector. The focus is not on the document, but on the underlying system: quality as a structural principle.

The MEISER quality promise

Behind every one of our certificates is a complex testing process. Our systems undergo mechanical, static and corrosion-related tests, which are not only checked and validated once, but on a regular basis. This applies both to our own production processes in the MEISER steelworks and to the functionality and durability of the systems installed in the field.

Our production is certified to ISO 9001, among others. This international standard guarantees that all steps in product development, production, control and logistics are systematically documented and improved. This means: consistent product quality, reproducible production processes and a high degree of automation that minimizes human error.

Responsibility through tested safety

At MEISER, certificates are not an end in themselves. Rather, we see them as an expression of our corporate responsibility towards customers, end users and the environment. Whether it’s a rooftop system on an industrial plant in northern Germany, agri-PV in the foothills of the Alps or a ground-mounted system in Morocco. Our demand for documented quality remains the same. Every system, every screw and every process is subject to clear rules that we can prove at any time.

This responsibility does not end with product release. We also work exclusively with certified partners and carry out quality audits in the area of installation. In this way, we ensure that on-site implementation also meets our standards, regardless of the region, size or complexity of the project.

Standardized systems

Photovoltaics is a key instrument for climate protection. However, it can only be fully effective if the underlying technology is reliable and safe. Our certificates help to ensure that solar systems remain stable in the long term, even under extreme weather conditions. They not only safeguard economic interests, but also make a tangible contribution to the energy transition.

That is why our aim is not only to meet existing standards, but also to set new benchmarks. Through internal development processes, external certification procedures and regular system reviews, we continuously optimize our assembly systems and have this documented. Because we know: Trust needs evidence. And this is exactly what our certificates provide – measurable, traceable and recognized worldwide.

Planning security for EPCs thanks to certified components

EPCs are under enormous pressure: they have to meet deadlines, calculate budgets, ensure quality and minimize risks. This is precisely why certificates are of central importance to them. They enable technical specifications to be precisely defined from the outset and then contractually secured.

MEISER Solar supports EPCs with complete certificate packages that cover all the necessary evidence right from the quotation phase. This includes CE markings, test certificates, DIN standards, declarations of conformity and project-related structural calculations. These documents are not only retrievable, but also available in various languages. This makes communication with international clients much easier.

Certificates as part of technical due diligence

As part of project financing or the sale of investments, banks, investors or technical consultants carry out what is known as due diligence. The aim is to assess the technical, economic and legal stability of a project. Certificates play a central role here.

Test reports on material quality, environmental compatibility or load case calculations are standard components of technical tests. MEISER Solar is familiar with these requirements from numerous international projects. We ensure that all documents supplied are available in an auditable form, with traceable sources and clear allocation to the installed component. This creates security for all stakeholders.

Acceptance processes and the role of normative verifications

The installation of a PV system is followed by technical acceptance. Here too, certificates serve as a reliable reference. They help the site manager, installer or expert to confirm that all installed components have the guaranteed properties – from the hot-dip galvanizing to the anchor statics.

MEISER Solar therefore offers complete acceptance documentation on request: including delivery documentation, serial number lists, installation documentation and material certificates. Ramming protocols or installation photo documentation can also be integrated. In many cases, this is an advantage over competitors who do not systematically provide such data.

Certificates as a confidence-building measure in international markets

In many markets, such as North Africa, Latin America or Eastern Europe, the issue of certification is not regulated by law, but is crucial for trust. International project partners expect documented quality from German suppliers. This is precisely where our certificates play a dual role: they provide clarity about technical standards.

Whether ISO, DIN, CE or customer-specific test reports: access to structured, digital certificates has long been a competitive factor in international project consortia. That is why we provide our certificates not only in paper form, but also in digital form via protected platforms or project-specific links. This means that all certificates are available worldwide at any time.

Audits & quality assurance

Continuous certification at MEISER

A certificate is only as good as its maintenance status. That is why MEISER Solar regularly undergoes internal and external audits. Whether ISO surveillance audits, recertifications or supplier evaluations, we are prepared. Our quality assurance, engineering and documentation departments work closely together to meet all requirements on time.

We pay particular attention to factory production control (FPC), which is mandatory for EN 1090. Among other things, this checks whether production, logistics, material tracking and staff training meet the defined standards. These checks are not only a prerequisite for obtaining the certificates. They also guarantee consistent quality for every PV mounting system delivered.

Flexibility with project certificates

Standardized or individual

Depending on the country or project requirements, additional verifications may be necessary. This can range from regional wind zone requirements and seismic loads to special screw connections. MEISER Solar therefore also offers project-specific certificates. These are created on the basis of ground investigations, standard comparisons or customer requests.

Our team prepares project-specific certificates, often in cooperation with external testing institutes. Special certificates of conformity or partner certificates are also part of our portfolio.

Certificates as part of the submission

In public or semi-public tenders in the PV sector, the quality of the documentation is often crucial. MEISER Solar offers standardized certificate packages for submissions. These include cover sheets, tables of contents, references to standards, test reports, CE lists and, on request, editorially adapted project descriptions. A clearly structured, visually consistent certificate dossier can make all the difference.
